Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Create marketing material including social media content.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance products.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Prior experience engaging in sales conversations.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
